About AGR Floors
AGR Floors is the flooring division of AGR Companies, the northern New Jersey contractor that’s been building since 1999. Our sister company, AGR Builders (agrbuilders.com), handles full kitchen and bath remodels, basements, and additions across Morris, Sussex, Warren, Passaic, and Essex counties.
Why a Flooring-Only Division?
Flooring is steady, honest work — and we got good at it. Most general remodelers fit flooring in between other trades; we decided to give floors their own crews. Roughly five dedicated crews install nothing but floors for AGR Floors, every working day. When a crew does nothing but flooring, the cuts get cleaner, the transitions line up, and the schedule stops being a guess.
The AGR Way
- Building since 1999 — you’re hiring a contractor with a quarter-century of New Jersey jobs behind him, not a subcontractor with a truck
- Free written estimates — measured on-site, priced in writing, no games
- We own our part of the job — subfloor problems, transitions, trim: handled, priced up front, no surprises mid-job
- One call for the whole house — need a bathroom remodeled around that new tile floor? Our sister company AGR Builders does kitchens, bathrooms, and basements (agrbuilders.com)
